As a chefpreneur from Dallas, Texas, Gabrielle McBay is a professional chef, recipe developer, and food stylist all in one.

At Desoto high school, she started a pastry company that led her to be featured in Forbes MagazineBlack Enterprise MagazineThe New York Times, and a TV Show on ABC FamilyGabrielle studied Food Management at Texas Christian University. She's worked in kitchens as an Assistant and Executive Pastry Chef, and also in Front of House restaurant management.
